Andrew D. Billingsley joined the Law Offices of Rosario Bacon Billingsley, as an associate in May 2006. He is a second generation member of the Law Offices of Rosario Bacon Billingsley, currently practicing law with his mother, Rosario Bacon Billingsley.
Mr. Billingsley graduated from University of San Francisco, School of Law in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in California. Since joining the firm, Mr. Billingsley has practiced family law exclusively and handles all aspects of marital dissolution cases and paternity cases. Mr. Billingsley also handles contested child custody, visitation and support litigation.
Mr. Billingsley graduated from French American International School, in San Francisco, California, in 1998. He graduated from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, in 2002, majoring in French studies with a minor in Economics. Mr. Billingsley is fluent in French and proficient in Mandarin; having completed all of the requirements for a minor in Chinese Studies, through Clark Atlanta University, in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Billingsley studied in Beijing, China; Paris, France; the French Caribbean and French Polynesia.
Mr. Billingsley is world traveled and has traveled to parts of Africa, Asia, Central America and many other parts of the world. He also coaches an elementary school basketball team.
