Rosario Bacon Billingsley is a principal of the Law Offices of Rosario Bacon Billingsley. She has been practicing family law exclusively for over 40 years; handling complex marital dissolution cases, contested paternity cases and contested custody, visitation and support litigation.
Ms. Billingsley is a Certified Family Law Specialist, certified by the California Board of Legal Specialization. She is well respected and well known in the family law community, as a no-nonsense litigator. She provides experienced, aggressive legal representation.
Ms. Billingsley graduated from California State University at Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Welfare, at the tender age of 18. She received her Master of Social Work degree in 1973 and became licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 1976, holding a myriad of positions in the mental health field prior to attending law school.
Ms. Billingsley graduated from Golden Gate University, School of Law and is a member in good standing with the California State Bar.
Ms. Billingsley authored the book, “He’s Not the Right One, Divorce and Dating Thereafter.”
